Short answer: Pick Demio for most marketing, education and customer webinars: browser joining, live plus automated webinars and clear pricing. Pick GoTo Webinar for the lowest price at 500 attendees, or Zoom Webinars if you already pay for Zoom and need huge audiences.

Why Choosing the Right Webinar Software Matters

A webinar platform is not the same thing as a meeting tool. A meeting is a conversation between a handful of people who already know each other. A webinar is a small production: people find a registration page, sign up, get reminders, join (often from a work laptop where they can't install anything), watch a presenter, ask questions, click a call to action, and then get a replay link. Every one of those steps can leak attendees, and every leak costs you leads, students or customers.

That is why the "best" webinar software depends heavily on what you run. A marketing team running weekly product demos needs registration pages, reminders, CRM sync and ideally automated replays that keep generating leads. A training or education team needs reliable live sessions, recordings and long session limits. A customer success team running onboarding webinars needs something simple that customers can join from a browser without friction. Creators selling tickets need payments built in.

The pricing models are also very different, and that is where most buyers get surprised. Some tools charge per host, some per attendee tier, some per attendee credit, and some require you to already pay for another product. Two platforms that both look like "$80 a month" can end up hundreds or thousands of dollars apart once you set the real audience size.

How we compared

This guide compares seven tools for marketing, education and customer webinars: Demio, Livestorm, Zoom Webinars, GoTo Webinar, WebinarJam, Crowdcast and Riverside. We compared them on:

  • Published plans and prices. Prices were checked on each vendor's pricing page on October 17, 2026, and are in USD unless noted. Where a vendor's own page contradicts itself, we say so rather than pick a number.
  • Audience limits. Attendee caps, how they are counted (registrants, live attendees, credits) and what happens when you hit them.
  • Webinar formats. Live, simulive (pre-recorded played as live), automated/evergreen and on-demand.
  • Marketing plumbing. Registration pages, reminder emails, CTAs, analytics and which plan unlocks native CRM integrations.
  • Attendee experience. Whether attendees can join from a browser without downloading anything.
  • Monetization and recording. Ticketing, transaction fees, recording and streaming quality.

This is a comparison of documented features and published pricing, not a lab test. G2 ratings appear only where we could confirm both the rating and the review count.

Demio review

Demio is a browser-based webinar platform built around marketing use cases: registration, reminders, engagement during the session, and follow-up. Its pricing page notes that Demio is part of the Banzai family. It covers live, pre-recorded on-demand and automated webinars, which makes it one of the few tools here that handles both a live demo and an evergreen lead-generation webinar without a second product.

Key features

  • Three formats: live webinars and event series on every plan; pre-recorded on-demand and automated webinars on Growth and Premium.
  • Browser joining: attendees join through a unique link in a supported browser with no download. There is also an iOS viewer app for iPhone and iPad.
  • Registration and reminders: registration pages plus automated reminder emails (confirmation, 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes before) and replay follow-up.
  • Engagement tools: chat, polls, Q&A, handouts and "Featured Actions" (on-screen CTAs), plus engagement analytics.
  • Showcase: an embeddable event listing for your website on Growth (one default plus one additional) and unlimited on Premium.
  • Premium extras: 1080p streaming, restreaming, live captions, custom domains, auto-transcriptions, and Demio AI, which answers on-demand attendee chat.

Pricing

Demio prices per host, and the Growth and Premium price depends on the room size you choose. Annual billing is advertised as saving 30%.

  • Starter: $45/month paid yearly or $63/month paid monthly. One host, 50-attendee room, 3-hour sessions, 4 people on stage, 15 event admins.
  • Growth (per host): paid yearly, $80/month for 150 attendees, $196 for 500, $303 for 1,000 and $606 for 3,000. Paid monthly, $117, $277, $427 and $855. Sessions up to 8 hours, 6 on stage, 25 event admins.
  • Premium (per host): paid yearly, $196/month for 150 attendees, $294 for 500, $392 for 1,000 and $785 for 3,000. The pricing page shows Premium only with yearly billing. Unlimited hosts per account, 10-hour sessions, 10 on stage, 50 event admins, priority support and a dedicated CSM.

Rooms larger than 3,000 go through sales. The 14-day free trial includes Growth features, capped at 20 attendees and 1-hour sessions, and includes the HubSpot integration. Zapier integration professional services cost $150.

Pros

  • Browser joining with no download keeps friction low for B2B audiences
  • Live, automated and on-demand webinars in one product (Growth and up)
  • Built-in reminder schedule and replay follow-up without extra setup
  • Transparent published prices for every room size up to 3,000

Cons

  • Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot integrations are Premium-only
  • Starter has a 50-attendee room, one host and no automated or on-demand webinars
  • Per-host pricing means simultaneous events require more hosts
  • Restreaming, 1080p, live captions and custom domains are also Premium-only

Who it's for

Demio fits marketing teams that run regular product demos, lead-generation webinars and evergreen replays, and want something attendees can join from a browser. Budget for Growth if you need automated webinars, and for Premium if your CRM sync must be native rather than through Zapier. On G2, Demio is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 172 reviews.

Livestorm review

Livestorm is a browser-based platform for webinars and virtual events, aimed at B2B teams in Europe and the US. Its standout difference is pricing: instead of paying per host or per seat, you buy a yearly pack of attendee credits, and team members are unlimited.

Key features

  • Browser-based: attendees connect from a browser without downloading software.
  • Formats: live, on-demand and automated events (event automation can start or end an event or play a video), multi-session events, and live-to-on-demand conversion.
  • Registration: registration pages, custom fields, an embeddable registration widget and UTM tracking.
  • Emails: unlimited customized reminders and follow-up emails.
  • Engagement: chat, polls, Q&A with upvotes, emoji reactions, raise hand, file/media/link sharing and PowerPoint embedding.
  • Data: recording with instant replays, attendance rate and conversion analytics, data export, Zapier, and a Livestorm MCP for AI agents. GDPR and ISO 27001 are listed.

Pricing

  • Free: 30 attendee credits per year, 30-minute events, 10 events per organization, 20 sessions per event, no credit card. Livestorm describes it as intended for evaluation.
  • Pro (annual only): credit packs of 400 credits for $1,200 (€1,000), 1,000 for $2,900 (€2,400), 1,500 for $4,125 (€3,450), 2,500 for $6,500 (€5,375) and 4,000 for $9,600 (€8,000) per year. The pricing page headline is "from €2.50 per attendee". Pro includes sessions up to 4 hours, up to 3,000 live attendees per event, unlimited events, recording and team members, and 25 simultaneous speakers.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing. Adds sessions up to 12 hours, the HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations, custom analytics, a dedicated CSM and an SLA.

How credits work: one credit equals one unique participant per session, whether they attend live, watch the replay or view on-demand. Team members and no-shows don't use credits. Unused credits don't roll over, and once you hit your quota new attendees can't join until you upgrade. Add-ons such as restreaming, SAML SSO, live translations and multiple workspaces are listed without public prices.

Pros

  • Browser-based joining for attendees
  • Unlimited team members and events on Pro, with no per-seat cost
  • Strong engagement and email cadence features
  • Live, on-demand and automated formats in one platform

Cons

  • Annual billing only; the smallest paid pack is $1,200 per year
  • Replay and on-demand viewers consume credits, and unused credits expire
  • Native CRM and marketing-automation integrations are Enterprise-only
  • 3,000 live attendees per event is the cap even on Enterprise

Who it's for

Livestorm suits B2B teams with many people involved in events (marketing, sales, customer success) who would rather pay for attendees than for hosts. It works best when you can predict your yearly audience. If you need native HubSpot or Salesforce sync, plan on an Enterprise conversation.

Zoom Webinars review

Zoom sells its webinar products as Webinars & Events, with three plans: Webinars, Webinars Plus and Events. The core Webinars plan is the familiar Zoom webinar experience. Webinars Plus adds the premium production and on-demand features, and Events adds multi-track and hybrid event tooling.

Key features

  • Scale: capacity tiers up to 100,000 attendees, up to 1,000 video panelists and sessions up to 30 hours.
  • Registration: custom registration questions with automatic or manual approval. Attendees don't need a Zoom account to join.
  • Engagement: chat, Q&A, polls and reactions.
  • Recording: cloud recording with AI smart chapters, and performance reports that connect to marketing tools.
  • Webinars Plus: Simulive, Backstage for speakers, Production Studio layouts, AI-generated event pages, AI content repurposing, engagement scoring and on-demand video channels. Zoom's comparison lists 720p for Webinars and 1080p for Webinars Plus.
  • Events: multiple stages, custom ticket types, sponsor/expo areas, networking and hybrid tools such as badge printing and check-in.

Pricing

Every plan requires a paid Zoom Workplace Pro (or higher) license on top. The prices below are for the webinar license only.

  • Webinars (per host license): 300 attendees $89/month monthly or $66.67/month annual ($800/yr); 500 attendees $129 or $83.33 ($1,000/yr); 1,000 attendees $340 or $283.33 ($3,400/yr); 3,000 attendees $990 or $825 ($9,900/yr); 5,000 attendees $2,490 or $2,075 ($24,900/yr). 10,000+ is contact sales. A one-month purchase is also offered at the monthly price.
  • Webinars Plus: 100 attendees $99/month monthly or $82.50/month annual; 500 attendees $290.83/month annual ($3,490/yr); 1,000 attendees $565.83/month annual; 3,000 attendees $1,665.83/month annual. The annual subscription includes a Webinars license at the same capacity. Pay-per-attendee packs: 600 slots $1,002, 1,000 slots $1,500, 3,000 slots $4,200, 5,000 slots $6,500, 10,000 slots $12,500, usable across events for 12 months.
  • Events: 100 attendees $149/month monthly or $124.17/month annual; 500 attendees $415.83/month annual; 1,000 attendees $790.83/month annual; 3,000 attendees $2,207.50/month annual.

Additional Hub Hosts and Co-Editors on Webinars Plus and Events are $65/month each. Note that the pricing page footnote says all plans are billed annually upfront, while the same page offers monthly subscriptions, so confirm the billing terms at checkout. There's no free plan or free trial for these products.

Pros

  • The highest audience capacity in this comparison
  • Attendees don't need a Zoom account
  • Flexible billing, including one-month purchases and pay-per-attendee packs
  • Familiar interface for presenters already using Zoom

Cons

  • A paid Zoom Workplace license is required in addition to the webinar license
  • Simulive, Backstage, Production Studio and advanced analytics are not in the base Webinars plan
  • Large tiers get expensive quickly
  • Plan structure and the billing footnote can be confusing

Who it's for

Zoom Webinars makes the most sense for organizations already paying for Zoom Workplace that need big audiences, long sessions or many panelists. Teams focused on evergreen marketing webinars should look at Webinars Plus, which costs considerably more than the base plan.

GoTo Webinar review

GoTo Webinar, sold by GoTo, now comes in three plans: Reach, Elevate and Complete. It covers live, simulive and on-demand recorded events, with reminders and reporting on every plan.

Key features

  • Event types: Standard, Breakout and Webcast live events, Simulive, on-demand recorded events and multi-session Virtual events.
  • Registration and email: registration pages with automated email reminders and follow-ups on every plan.
  • Engagement: polls, surveys, handouts and live Q&A.
  • Recording: local recordings on Reach; cloud recordings with unlimited storage, AI summaries and transcripts on Elevate and up.
  • Joining: browser join without a download for Webcast, Simulive and Virtual events (Chrome or Edge). Standard events are joined from the desktop or mobile app.
  • Complete plan: live streaming to unlimited attendees, paid events, certificates, registration source tracking and integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo.

Pricing

  • Reach: $69/month billed monthly or $59/month billed annually. One organizer seat, up to 500 participants, reporting, reminders, polls and Q&A, closed captioning, local recordings.
  • Elevate: $129/month billed monthly or $103/month billed annually. Up to 1,000 participants, branded webinars and custom URLs, cloud recording, AI summaries, breakout rooms, video editing, GoTo Stage and 10 channel pages.
  • Complete: custom quote. Up to 3,000 participants and custom organizer seats, plus integrations, paid events, certificates, source tracking and a GoTo Meeting license.

The 30-day free trial requires no credit card. The pricing page is inconsistent about Simulive: the Elevate card lists "run recordings as live events", while the comparison table ticks Simulive for Reach as well. On G2, GoTo Webinar is rated 4.2 out of 5 from 804 reviews.

Pros

  • Low entry price for up to 500 participants
  • Reminders, polls, Q&A and reporting on every plan
  • 30-day free trial with no credit card
  • Simulive and on-demand recorded events

Cons

  • Integrations, paid events and source tracking are Complete-only (custom quote)
  • Reach has one organizer seat and no cloud recording, branding or breakout rooms
  • Standard live events are joined through the app, not the browser
  • Elevate's organizer seat count isn't stated on the pricing card

Who it's for

GoTo Webinar is a sensible, budget-friendly choice for small and mid-size businesses running straightforward live webinars for up to 500 or 1,000 people. Marketing teams that need CRM sync should get a Complete quote early, since that is where integrations live.

WebinarJam review

WebinarJam, from Genesis Digital, is built for marketers and course sellers who run sales webinars. Its pricing is flat per tier, set by the number of attendees per webinar, and automated replays come through its sister product EverWebinar.

Key features

  • Live webinars: live chat, Q&A mode, polls and surveys, an on-screen whiteboard, attendee spotlight and up to 6 on-screen presenters.
  • Automated webinars: EverWebinar is included at no extra cost on Basic, Professional and Enterprise. Video injections let you mix pre-recorded clips into a live session.
  • Selling tools: live offer displays and timed CTAs (including in replays), and support for free or paid webinars.
  • Registration: customizable registration pages from templates, with A/B split testing.
  • Reminders: email and SMS confirmations and reminders.
  • Distribution: auto-saved replays with expiration controls and broadcasting to Facebook and YouTube. Attendees join from their browser or device.

Pricing

  • Starter: $49/month monthly or $39/month annual. 100 attendees per webinar, 1 host, 1-hour maximum duration, 1 additional team member.
  • Basic: $99/month monthly or $79/month annual. 500 attendees, 2 hosts, 2-hour maximum, 5 additional team members.
  • Professional: $299/month monthly or $229/month annual. 2,000 attendees, 4 hosts, 3-hour maximum, 10 additional team members.
  • Enterprise: $499/month monthly or $379/month annual. 5,000 attendees, 6 hosts, 4-hour maximum, 25 additional team members.

There's a 14-day trial with Basic-level limits (the page describes it both as free and as a $1 charge) and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Integrations listed include ActiveCampaign, AWeber, Keap, GetResponse, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Drip, Constant Contact, Kartra, Ontraport, Twilio and Zapier.

Pros

  • Flat pricing that doesn't scale per host or per attendee credit
  • EverWebinar automated webinars included from Basic
  • Strong sales tools: live offers, timed CTAs, A/B tested registration pages
  • Email and SMS reminders

Cons

  • Hard session caps of 1, 2, 3 and 4 hours by tier
  • HubSpot and Salesforce aren't named in the integration list (Zapier only, as far as the page shows)
  • Starter doesn't include EverWebinar
  • The pricing FAQ is inconsistent about running simultaneous webinars

Who it's for

WebinarJam fits marketers, coaches and course creators who sell from webinars and want evergreen funnels at a predictable monthly price. It's a weaker fit for long training sessions because of the duration caps, and for B2B teams that depend on native CRM sync.

Crowdcast review

Crowdcast targets creators, communities, courses and events rather than corporate marketing teams. Its homepage introduces "the new Crowdcast". It's browser-based, built around a single event URL that also hosts the replay, and has ticketing built in.

Key features

  • Browser-based events: no download needed; an iOS app is also available.
  • Engagement: chat, polls, upvoted Q&A and bringing attendees on screen.
  • Replays: recording with instant replay and download; registrations are unlimited.
  • Monetization: paid events and ticketing via Stripe, plus a Patreon integration.
  • Multistreaming: to Facebook Live, YouTube Live and Twitch (one destination on Pro, three on Business), plus RTMP mode for OBS, Wirecast or Ecamm.
  • Studio tools and data: overlays, videos, slides and CTAs; event and session analytics, Zapier and CSV export.

Pricing

  • Lite: $49/month monthly. 100 live attendees (more with overage), 10 streaming hours per month, 1 team seat, 2-hour sessions, 5% ticket transaction fee plus Stripe fees.
  • Pro: $89/month monthly. 250 live attendees, 20 hours per month, 2 team seats, 4-hour sessions, one multistream, English live captions and custom registration fields.
  • Business: $195/month monthly. 1,000 live attendees, 40 hours per month, 4 team seats, 6-hour sessions, three multistreams, 2% transaction fee.

Annual billing is advertised as saving 30%. Overage costs 15¢ per extra live attendee, $20 per extra 5 streaming hours, and $29 per extra team seat. The page doesn't state Pro's ticket transaction fee. A 14-day free trial includes key Business features with 60-minute sessions and a cap of 10 people. On G2, Crowdcast is rated 4.5 out of 5 from 112 reviews.

Pros

  • Built-in ticketing for paid events
  • Multistreaming and RTMP for creators with existing production setups
  • Instant replays on the same event page
  • Unlimited registrations; limits apply to live attendees only

Cons

  • Monthly streaming-hour caps with paid overage
  • Transaction fees on ticket sales
  • No automated or evergreen webinar feature found
  • No native HubSpot or Salesforce integration found (Zapier only)

Who it's for

Crowdcast is a strong pick for creators, educators and communities who run live shows, cohort courses or paid workshops. B2B marketing teams that need automated webinars or CRM sync will be better served by Demio, Livestorm or GoTo Webinar.

Riverside review

Riverside is a recording-first platform for podcasts and video that has added a dedicated Webinar plan. Its strength is recording quality and content repurposing, not big audiences: the Webinar plan suits small webinars of up to 100 registrants.

Key features

  • Registration: registration forms with custom fields, confirmation emails with unique join links, an embeddable registration widget and a registration API.
  • Emails: branded reminders and follow-ups.
  • Engagement: Q&A, polls, reactions and live audience call-ins.
  • Formats: pre-recorded content streamed as live, recurring webinars and on-demand webinars from recordings (Webinar and Business plans).
  • Recording: local recording up to 4K video and 48kHz audio, plus AI repurposing with Magic Clips and Co-Creator.
  • Joining and data: attendees join from Chrome, Edge or Safari on desktop, a mobile browser or the Riverside app; webinar analytics, CSV download and HubSpot sync.

Pricing

  • Free: $0, with 2 hours of multi-track recording and a watermark. No webinar features.
  • Pro: $29/month monthly or $24/month annual ($288/yr). Recording plan, no webinar features.
  • Grow: $39/month monthly or $34/month annual ($408/yr). Adds 1080p live streaming and multistreaming, but still no webinar registration, Q&A, polls, reminders or webinar analytics.
  • Webinar: $99/month monthly or $79/month annual. Webinars with up to 100 registrants, no time limits, unlimited sessions, branded registration, reminders, Q&A, polls, analytics and HubSpot integration.
  • Business: custom pricing. Up to 10,000 webinar registrants, Salesforce and Marketo integrations, API access, SSO and a dedicated CSM.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. When a Webinar plan event reaches its limit, extra registrants see an "event is full" screen when they try to join.

Pros

  • Highest published recording spec here (up to 4K local recording)
  • Webinars feed straight into clips and other repurposed content
  • HubSpot integration on the Webinar plan, not only at enterprise level
  • No session time limits on the Webinar plan

Cons

  • Only 100 registrants on the Webinar plan; anything bigger needs a Business quote
  • Embedding on-demand webinars on your site is Business-only
  • Hosts schedule webinars from a computer browser only

Who it's for

Riverside fits creators and small marketing teams who care most about how the recording looks and sounds, and who want to turn each session into clips, podcast episodes and social content. It isn't built for large audiences unless you move to the Business plan.

What a 500-Attendee Webinar Costs on Each Platform

Headline prices are hard to compare because each tool counts audience differently. The table below shows the cheapest published option for a plan that allows 500 attendees, using only list prices from each vendor's pricing page.

How to read the Livestorm row

Livestorm is the odd one out. You don't buy a 500-seat room; you buy credits for a year. One unique attendee in one session uses one credit, including replay and on-demand viewers. A single 500-person webinar uses 500 credits, so the 400-credit pack ($1,200) isn't enough and the 1,000-credit pack ($2,900 per year) is the smallest that covers it, with room for another 500 attendees later in the year.

If you run a 500-person webinar every month, that is 6,000 credits a year, which is more than the largest published pack (4,000 credits for $9,600). In that case you would need to talk to Livestorm. On the other hand, if you run one or two large webinars a year, Livestorm can be cheaper than paying a monthly room fee all year. The per-credit price drops with volume: the 400-credit pack works out to $3.00 per credit and the 4,000-credit pack to $2.40.

Other caveats

  • Zoom: the webinar license price excludes the Zoom Workplace license, which you need anyway. If you only run one large event, Zoom also offers a one-month purchase at the monthly price, and Webinars Plus has a pay-per-attendee pack of 600 slots for $1,002.
  • Crowdcast: Pro ($89/month monthly) covers 250 live attendees; above that, overage is 15¢ per extra live attendee. Streaming-hour caps also apply.
  • Demio: the price is per host. Two people running separate events at the same time means two hosts.

How to Choose Webinar Software

Live vs automated webinars

Decide first whether you only run live sessions or also want evergreen webinars that run on a schedule from a recording. For automated webinars:

  • Demio includes automated and on-demand webinars on Growth and Premium, not Starter.
  • WebinarJam includes EverWebinar from Basic up.
  • Livestorm offers on-demand and automated events.
  • Zoom puts Simulive on Webinars Plus and Events, not the base Webinars plan.
  • GoTo Webinar offers Simulive and on-demand recorded events.
  • Riverside streams pre-recorded content as live and creates on-demand webinars on its Webinar and Business plans.
  • Crowdcast has instant replays but no automated webinar feature.

Attendee caps and how they are counted

Check what the cap actually counts. Demio and Zoom sell room or license sizes. GoTo counts participants per plan. WebinarJam counts attendees per webinar. Crowdcast counts live attendees and allows unlimited registrations. Riverside counts registrants. Livestorm counts unique attendees per session against a yearly credit pool, including replay viewers. Session length matters too: WebinarJam caps sessions at 1 to 4 hours depending on tier, and Livestorm's Free plan at 30 minutes.

CRM and marketing integrations by tier

If your webinars feed a sales pipeline, native CRM sync often decides the tier you need:

  • Demio: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot on Premium only.
  • Livestorm: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Dynamics on Enterprise only.
  • GoTo Webinar: integrations marked as Complete-only (custom quote).
  • Riverside: HubSpot on the Webinar plan; Salesforce and Marketo on Business.
  • Zoom Webinars: CRM and marketing-automation integrations and performance reports are listed.
  • WebinarJam: email marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp, plus Zapier.
  • Crowdcast: Zapier and CSV export.

Browser joining

Every extra install step costs attendees, especially on locked-down corporate laptops. Demio, Livestorm, Crowdcast and Riverside let attendees join from the browser, and WebinarJam says attendees join instantly from their browser or device. GoTo Webinar supports browser joining for Webcast, Simulive and Virtual events in Chrome or Edge, while Standard events use the app. Zoom attendees don't need a Zoom account.

Monetization and ticketing

If you sell access, Crowdcast has Stripe ticketing on every plan (with a 5% fee on Lite and 2% on Business). WebinarJam supports free or paid webinars. Zoom Events offers custom ticket types, and GoTo Webinar's paid events are on Complete.

Recording quality

For content you plan to reuse, Riverside's local recording up to 4K and 48kHz is the strongest published spec. Demio streams in 1080p on Premium, Zoom lists 1080p for Webinars Plus versus 720p for Webinars, and GoTo Webinar adds cloud recording, AI summaries and transcripts from Elevate.

Final Verdict

Demio is our top pick for most marketing, education and customer webinars. Attendees join from a browser, it covers live, automated and on-demand formats, and its prices are published for every room size up to 3,000. Go in with clear eyes about the catches: automated webinars start on Growth, and native CRM integrations require Premium.

Choose Livestorm if many colleagues are involved in your events and you prefer paying per attendee on an annual basis. Choose Zoom Webinars if you already pay for Zoom Workplace and need very large audiences. Choose GoTo Webinar if you want the lowest published price for a 500-person audience. Choose WebinarJam if you sell from webinars and want evergreen funnels at a flat price. Choose Crowdcast for creator-style events with ticketing, and Riverside for small webinars where recording quality matters most.

Whichever you pick, start a trial, run a test webinar with your real registration page and reminder flow, and price the plan at your actual audience size, not the headline number.

Frequently asked questions

For most marketing, education and customer webinars, Demio is our top pick: attendees join from a browser, it supports live, automated and on-demand webinars, and it publishes prices for every room size up to 3,000. Automated webinars need the Growth plan and native CRM integrations need Premium. Livestorm, Zoom Webinars and GoTo Webinar are strong alternatives depending on audience size and budget.
