The best lemlist alternatives in 2026

Short answer: Reply.io is the best lemlist alternative if you want to keep email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence: its per-user Multichannel plan works the same way for $99 a month ($89 yearly). Starting prices are the lowest paid plan, checked on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026. G2 ratings are shown only when we confirmed them.

lemlist is a sales engagement tool. It runs cold email sequences, and on its Multichannel plan it adds LinkedIn steps, calls, SMS and WhatsApp to the same sequence, with a lead database and its own warmup tool, lemwarm.

People rarely leave because of the sequence builder. They leave because of how lemlist prices and packages things in 2026: LinkedIn sits behind a per-user plan, the email-only plan is sold by monthly volume, LinkedIn automation runs through a browser session, and lead data is an add-on paid in credits. Each alternative below fixes one or two of those and gives something else up.

This guide is built from the vendors' own pricing pages and help centers, checked in October 2026. Prices are list prices in US dollars. We did not run campaigns in these tools, so nothing here is a claim about reply rates or inbox placement. Vendor claims are labelled.

When you compare sales engagement tools, four things matter more than feature lists:

  • How the bill grows: per user, per mailbox, or by emails or contacts a month. The cheapest tool for one person can be the dearest for a team.
  • Deliverability: warmup, inbox rotation and bounce protection decide whether emails are seen at all.
  • Channels: if LinkedIn steps are part of your process, most cold email tools will not replace lemlist alone.
  • Data: bringing your own lists or needing a built-in database changes the real cost a lot.

Why Teams Leave lemlist

1. Multichannel is priced per user. LinkedIn steps, calls and SMS need the Multichannel plan at $109 per user per month, or $87 per user per month billed yearly. Each user gets 5 senders (mailboxes). A team of three that wants LinkedIn pays 3 x $109 = $327 a month. WhatsApp is a further add-on (lemlist lists $20 per seat per month).

2. The Email plan is sold by volume. The email-only plan has unlimited users and senders, which is generous, but it starts at 50,000 emails a month for $69 ($55 billed yearly). A solo founder sending 2,000 emails pays the same as a team sending 50,000. Smartlead ($39) and Woodpecker ($35) start lower. The Email plan has no LinkedIn steps at all.

3. LinkedIn steps depend on a browser session. lemlist connects LinkedIn accounts through its Chrome extension and the browser session (cookies), with one LinkedIn profile per lemlist seat. lemlist's pages do not say whether LinkedIn actions keep running while the browser is closed, which is why some teams look at tools that connect differently.

4. Data costs extra, and some teams want more of it bundled. lemlist says its database has 650M+ leads (vendor claim). Finding emails and phones uses credits from an add-on starting at $20 a month for 2,000 credits ($16 yearly); lemlist's AI info page lists $0.05 per verified email and $0.20 per phone. Intent signals are another add-on from $29 a month. Teams that live in a database often prefer seats with thousands of credits included.

5. Cheap unlimited mailboxes with everything else. The Email plan already allows unlimited senders, so this bites only if you also need LinkedIn (5 senders per user). Instantly and Smartlead allow unlimited mailboxes on every plan and sell ready-made mailboxes in-app.

lemlist: The Baseline

Plans. The Email plan, with unlimited users and senders, costs $69 a month for 50,000 emails, $89 for 100,000, $159 for 200,000, up to $659 for 1,000,000. Quarterly billing saves 10% and yearly 20% (the 50,000 tier is $55 yearly). Multichannel is $109 per user per month, or $87 yearly, with unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn, SMS, a dialer and 5 senders per user. Enterprise is custom. The 14-day trial includes Multichannel features and 200 credits. There is no free plan.

What is strong. Multichannel sequences with conditions such as "invite accepted". lemwarm warmup and a Deliverability Hub on every plan, plus inbox rotation, in-app domain and mailbox purchase and bounce and spam alerts. A unified inbox across email and LinkedIn. lemlist also bought Claap, a call recording tool, in October 2025 (per lemlist).

Limits worth knowing. lemlist's help center recommends 10 to 15 emails a day for a new mailbox, rising to 25 to 30, and keeping warmup plus campaigns at or below 50 a day per mailbox. For LinkedIn it suggests about 20 invites a day and roughly 100 to 110 actions in total.

If you only email, lemlist is fairly priced for a team, since every user and mailbox is included. The case for switching is strongest for solo senders, teams paying Multichannel seats, and heavy data credit buyers.

Instantly

How it differs from lemlist. Instantly is email-first, with a flat monthly fee per workspace. You pay by emails and uploaded contacts per month, not by user or mailbox. LinkedIn steps are not listed on its pricing page, so it replaces lemlist's Email plan, not Multichannel.

Key features.

  • Unlimited email accounts and warmup on every Outreach plan. Instantly says its warmup network has 4.2M+ accounts (vendor claim).
  • Unibox shared inbox (replying from it needs Hypergrowth).
  • SuperSearch lead database (Instantly claims 450M+ B2B contacts) with waterfall email enrichment, billed in credits.
  • AI Sales Agent, AI Reply Agent and a Deliverability AI agent (Hypergrowth and up).
  • Pre-warmed and done-for-you mailboxes sold in-app (a pre-warmed Google account is $10 a month).

Pricing. Growth is $47 a month or $37.60 billed yearly, with 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month. Hypergrowth is $97 or $77.60 yearly, with 25,000 contacts and either 125,000 or 100,000 emails (Instantly's pricing page shows both numbers). Light Speed is $358 or $286.30 yearly for 500,000 emails. Lead data is a separate Instantly Credits subscription (from $9 for 150 credits), or a bundle from $94 a month ($85 yearly). Credits expire 2 months after purchase on monthly billing and after 1 year on annual billing. The 14-day trial needs no card.

Pros.

  • Flat fee with unlimited mailboxes and warmup from $47
  • No per-user or per-mailbox charges
  • Pre-warmed mailboxes available without leaving the app

Cons.

  • Growth caps you at 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts a month
  • Replying from Unibox and webhooks need the $97 plan
  • Data is a second subscription, so the real bill is often $94 or more
  • No LinkedIn steps listed on the pricing page

Who it is for. Email-only teams that want many mailboxes at a predictable price, and solo senders who find $69 for 50,000 emails too much.

Who should skip it. Anyone relying on LinkedIn steps, and small senders who need shared-inbox replies (that means $97).

Apollo.io

How it differs from lemlist. Apollo starts from data. Every paid seat includes a large pool of credits, with sequences, a dialer and warmup built on top. Where lemlist sells data as an add-on, Apollo includes it and limits mailboxes on the cheaper plan instead. LinkedIn automation is not part of what Apollo lists on its pricing page.

Key features.

  • Contact and company database: Apollo says 240M contacts and 30M companies (vendor claim), with emails and phone numbers.
  • Sequences with email, dialer, deliverability suite and warmup.
  • Chrome, Gmail and Salesforce extensions on every plan, including Free.
  • Intent topics, website visitor identification and AI lead scoring.

Pricing. Basic is $65 per seat per month on monthly billing (2,500 credits per seat per month) or $49 billed yearly (30,000 credits per seat per year). Professional is $99 monthly (4,000 credits a month) or $79 yearly (48,000 a year). Organization is $119 per seat per month, billed yearly only, with a 3-seat minimum. Free costs $0 with 75 credits a month, 2 sequences and 1 Gmail mailbox. Basic and Professional have a 14-day trial.

An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8. Credits do not roll over.

Pros.

  • Real free plan with credits, sequences and the Chrome extension
  • Thousands of data credits included with each paid seat
  • Data, sequences, dialer and deliverability tools in one platform

Cons.

  • Basic allows 1 mailbox per user and 250 emails a day
  • Unlimited mailboxes start at Professional ($99 per seat monthly)
  • Phone numbers cost 8 credits each, and credits never roll over
  • Every seat on an account must be on the same plan

Who it is for. Teams that left lemlist because they were buying enrichment credits every month, and SDR teams that build lists all day.

Who should skip it. High-volume cold emailers who need many mailboxes per person on a small budget, and teams that depend on automated LinkedIn steps.

Reply.io

How it differs from lemlist. Reply.io is the tool most like lemlist. It has an email-only plan and a per-user Multichannel plan with LinkedIn, calls and SMS. The differences: Reply's email plan is priced by active contacts, not email volume, and Multichannel includes unlimited active contacts.

Key features.

  • Multichannel sequences: email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp tasks.
  • Unlimited mailboxes with warmup on Email Volume, under a fair use policy tied to active contacts (25 mailboxes per 1,000 contacts, according to Reply's support center).
  • Live Data B2B search (Reply says 1 billion contacts, vendor claim), billed in credits, with 50 credits a month included.
  • CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.

Pricing. Email Volume is priced by active contacts, meaning unique contacts who get at least one step that month, with unlimited follow-ups to them. Up to 5,000 contacts it is per user: $59 per user per month for 1,000 contacts ($49 yearly), $69 for 2,000 ($59), $79 for 3,000 ($69) and $99 for 5,000 ($89). From 10,000 contacts it is a flat account price with unlimited users: $179 ($159 yearly). LinkedIn is a $69 a month add-on per account on Email Volume. Multichannel is $99 per user per month or $89 yearly, with 1 LinkedIn account per user, calls and SMS, and extra mailboxes at $29 a month each. Reply's page shows 5 mailboxes per user on the monthly card and 10 on the yearly card. Multichannel has a 14-day trial.

Compared with lemlist Multichannel. Reply is $10 cheaper per user on monthly billing ($99 vs $109) and $2 more on yearly ($89 vs $87). With so small a gap, the contact model and the LinkedIn setup decide it.

Pros.

  • Multichannel plan bundles LinkedIn, calls and SMS
  • Email Volume allows many mailboxes under fair use
  • From 10,000 contacts, unlimited users at a flat price

Cons.

  • Per-user pricing at small contact tiers adds up for teams
  • LinkedIn costs $69 a month on Email Volume
  • Only 50 data credits a month included
  • Several plan families make the pricing page hard to compare

Who it is for. Teams that want to keep LinkedIn, calls and email in one sequence, and want to move away from lemlist without changing how they work.

Who should skip it. Teams leaving lemlist mainly to cut cost per user on yearly billing, since Reply's yearly Multichannel price is about the same.

Smartlead

How it differs from lemlist. Smartlead is a flat-fee cold email tool built for agencies. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, with mailbox rotation inside each campaign. Instead of multichannel steps it adds agency tools. LinkedIn steps are not listed on its pricing page.

Key features.

  • Unlimited mailboxes and warmup, with mailbox rotation in each campaign.
  • Unified master inbox and client workspaces with whitelabel.
  • SmartProspect verified lead finder and SmartDelivery inbox placement testing.
  • SmartServers dedicated IPs and SmartSenders mailbox buying.

Pricing. Base is $39 a month or $32.50 billed yearly, with 6,000 emails a month and 2,000 stored contacts. Pro is $94 or $78.30 yearly, with 90,000 emails, 30,000 contacts, CRM access, API and webhooks. Unlimited Smart is $174 or $144.50 yearly, with 150,000 emails, unlimited contacts and 50,000 verified prospect emails. Unlimited Prime is $379 or $314.60 yearly for 500,000 emails. Client workspaces on Pro cost $29 a month each. A trial with no card is offered on every plan, but the pricing page does not state its length.

Pros.

  • Unlimited mailboxes and warmup from $39
  • Client workspaces and whitelabel for agencies
  • Dedicated IPs and placement testing available in-app

Cons.

  • Base has no API, webhooks or CRM access, and only 6,000 emails a month
  • Verified leads, placement testing and servers are paid add-ons
  • Contact storage is capped on Base and Pro
  • Trial length is not stated

Who it is for. Agencies running cold email for several clients.

Who should skip it. Sales teams that want LinkedIn and calls in the sequence, and small senders who need CRM sync, since that starts at $94.

Woodpecker

How it differs from lemlist. Woodpecker charges by contacted prospects, not by users or emails. Every tier includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited team members. LinkedIn automation exists but is a separate add-on per LinkedIn account, and it connects differently from lemlist: Woodpecker's help center says you add a LinkedIn account by entering its login credentials and the verification code LinkedIn emails you, rather than through a browser extension.

Key features.

  • Free warm-ups (2 at the entry tier) and free catch-all email verification.
  • Inbox rotation, adaptive sending, a deliverability monitor and ESP matching.
  • Condition-based campaigns with email, LinkedIn (add-on) and calls.

Pricing. 500 contacted prospects a month cost $35 monthly or $280 a year (about $23.33 a month). 2,000 prospects cost $67 or $536 a year (about $44.67 a month). 4,000 cost $99 or $792 a year ($66 a month). Each tier allows 16 emails per contacted prospect. Free warm-ups rise with the tier (6 at 2,000, 10 at 4,000) and extra warm-ups are $5 per email account per month. LinkedIn is $29 a month per connected account. Integrations and API are a $20 a month add-on. The trial runs 14 days or 100 emails, whichever comes first, with no card. Prices exclude VAT.

Pros.

  • Lowest paid entry price in this list on yearly billing (about $23)
  • Unlimited users and email accounts on every tier
  • Free catch-all verification
  • LinkedIn per account ($29) instead of per user

Cons.

  • API and integrations cost $20 a month extra
  • Only 2 free warm-ups at the entry tier
  • A prospect added to several campaigns counts several times
  • Sending to new prospects stops when you hit the tier's limit, with no auto-upgrade

Who it is for. Small senders tired of paying for 50,000 emails they never send, and teams that want one LinkedIn account without multichannel seats for everyone.

Who should skip it. Teams that want CRM sync included, and senders who run the same prospects through several campaigns.

Mailshake

How it differs from lemlist. Mailshake is the simplest tool here. It covers email sequences, and its top plan adds a power dialer. It has no LinkedIn automation on its pricing page and caps mailboxes per plan, so it is cheaper than lemlist only for small setups.

Key features.

  • Unlimited email warmup and email verification on every plan.
  • Email rotation and a unified inbox from the Email Outreach plan.
  • Power dialer on Sales Engagement, with 5 phone numbers and unlimited North American minutes.
  • Data Finder for prospect emails (add-on, $19 a month or $17 yearly).

Pricing. Starter is $29 a month or $25 billed yearly, with 1 email address and 1,500 sends a month. Email Outreach is $49 or $45 yearly, with 2 email addresses, unlimited sends, rotation, a unified inbox and CRM integrations. Sales Engagement is $99 or $85 yearly, with 10 email addresses, the power dialer and 2,500 data finder credits. Agency is custom. Mailshake's FAQ says billing is based on how many users you buy, with one mail account per paid user, while the plan cards list addresses per account. Ask sales which applies before you buy. There is no free trial; payment is taken up front.

Pros.

  • Low entry price ($25 to $29)
  • Warmup and verification included on all plans
  • Power dialer with unlimited North American minutes

Cons.

  • No free trial
  • Few mailboxes per plan compared with flat-fee tools
  • No LinkedIn automation listed
  • Per-user versus per-account billing is unclear

Who it is for. Small sales teams who mostly email and call, and want fewer moving parts than lemlist.

Who should skip it. Anyone running LinkedIn steps, and anyone who needs more than a handful of mailboxes.

Cost Comparison: 1 User and 3 Users With 10 Mailboxes

These examples use list prices only, before tax and before data add-ons. We assume each mailbox sends about 30 emails a day (lemlist's help center suggests 25 to 30 per warmed mailbox) over 22 working days, and that each new contact gets a 3-email sequence.

Scenario 1: one user, 3 mailboxes

3 mailboxes x 30 emails x 22 days = 1,980 emails a month, to about 660 new contacts.

ToolPlan neededMonthly billingYearly billing (per month)
lemlist (email only)Email, 50,000 emails$69$55
lemlist (with LinkedIn)Multichannel, 1 user (5 senders)$109$87
InstantlyGrowth (5,000 emails, 1,000 contacts)$47$37.60
Apollo.ioProfessional, 1 seat (Basic allows only 1 mailbox)$99$79
Reply.io (email only)Email Volume, 1,000 active contacts$59$49
Reply.io (with LinkedIn)Multichannel, 1 user$99$89
SmartleadBase (6,000 emails, 2,000 contacts)$39$32.50
Woodpecker2,000 contacted prospects (660 is over the 500 tier)$67$44.67 ($536 / 12)
MailshakeSales Engagement (Email Outreach has only 2 addresses)$99$85

For a solo sender, lemlist's $69 Email plan buys 50,000 emails when you need about 2,000. Smartlead and Instantly cost $22 to $30 less a month on monthly billing. Smartlead Base stores only 2,000 contacts, so at 660 a month you will clean out old ones or upgrade within a few months. From one mailbox, Apollo Basic ($65, or $49 yearly) also works.

Scenario 2: three users, 10 mailboxes

10 mailboxes x 30 emails x 22 days = 6,600 emails a month, to about 2,200 new contacts.

ToolPlan neededMonthly billingYearly billing (per month)
lemlist (email only)Email, 50,000 emails, unlimited users$69$55
lemlist (with LinkedIn)Multichannel, 3 users (15 senders)3 x $109 = $3273 x $87 = $261
InstantlyHypergrowth (Growth's 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts are too few)$97$77.60
Apollo.ioProfessional, 3 seats3 x $99 = $2973 x $79 = $237
Reply.io (email only)Email Volume, 10,000 contacts, unlimited users$179$159
Reply.io (with LinkedIn)Multichannel, 3 users (5 mailboxes each on the monthly card)3 x $99 = $2973 x $89 = $267
SmartleadPro (Base's 6,000 emails and 2,000 stored contacts are too few)$94$78.30
Woodpecker4,000 contacted prospects (10 free warm-ups)$99$66 ($792 / 12)
MailshakeSales Engagement: 1 account, or 3 if billed per user$99 to 3 x $99 = $297$85 to 3 x $85 = $255

For Reply.io email only, three seats on the 3,000-contact tier would cost 3 x $79 = $237 ($207 yearly), so the flat 10,000-contact tier at $179 is the cheaper route for this team.

What the numbers say:

  • If you only email, lemlist's Email plan is hard to beat for a team. $69 covers unlimited users and senders.
  • If you use LinkedIn, the per-user model is what costs you. lemlist Multichannel for 3 users is $327 a month. Reply.io saves $30 on monthly billing but costs $6 more yearly ($267 vs $261). If only one person runs LinkedIn, an email tool plus one LinkedIn add-on is cheaper: Woodpecker's 4,000 tier ($99) plus one $29 LinkedIn account comes to $128 a month.
  • Apollo looks expensive here but includes data. Each Professional seat on monthly billing includes 4,000 credits a month.

Add-ons change these numbers. lemlist data starts at $20 a month for 2,000 credits; Instantly data credits start at $9 for 150 or $47 for Growth Credits; Woodpecker integrations are $20; lemlist WhatsApp is $20 per seat.

LinkedIn: Which Alternatives Can Replace lemlist's LinkedIn Steps

If LinkedIn is in your sequences today, only two tools in this list replace that directly.

  • Reply.io includes 1 LinkedIn account per user on Multichannel, or sells LinkedIn as a $69 a month add-on per account on Email Volume. Actions include connection requests, messages, InMails, voice messages, likes, follows and endorsements. Reply's support center lists a maximum of 100 actions per day per interaction type.
  • Woodpecker sells LinkedIn as a $29 a month add-on per connected account. Its help center lists four task types: visit profile, send connection request, send direct message and send InMail (InMail needs Premium Business or Sales Navigator). You connect by entering your LinkedIn login and a verification code.

Instantly, Smartlead and Mailshake do not list LinkedIn automation on their pricing pages, and Apollo's pricing page does not list it either. If you move to one of them, you either drop LinkedIn steps or pair the tool with a separate LinkedIn automation tool.

On the browser-session question: lemlist connects LinkedIn through its Chrome extension and session cookies. Woodpecker uses a login with verification code. We did not find a current statement from Reply.io on its connection method, so check it during the trial. No vendor page we checked promises that LinkedIn accounts are safe from restrictions; lemlist and Reply.io both apply daily action limits.

Lead Data: Credits Versus Included

Database sizes are vendor claims measured in different ways: lemlist says 650M+ leads, Reply.io 1 billion contacts, Instantly 450M+ and Apollo 240M contacts. A bigger number does not mean better coverage of your market, so test each trial with your real target accounts.

What differs more is how you pay:

  • lemlist: enrichment credits are an add-on from $20 a month for 2,000 ($16 yearly). You pay only for successful results, and unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
  • Apollo.io: credits come with each seat (2,500 a month on Basic monthly, 4,000 on Professional monthly). Emails cost 1 credit, phone numbers 8. Unused credits expire each cycle.
  • Instantly: a separate credits subscription; credits expire 2 months after purchase on monthly billing.
  • Reply.io: 50 credits a month included. Extra packs start at 200 credits for $39 a month. A contact with email costs 2 credits and with phone 3.
  • Smartlead: 50,000 verified prospect emails are included on Unlimited Smart; on Base and Pro, 2,000 verified prospect emails are a $59 a month add-on.
  • Woodpecker and Mailshake: small credit allowances (100 Lead Finder credits on Woodpecker's entry tier; 50 to 2,500 data finder credits on Mailshake by plan).

If data was your reason for leaving lemlist, Apollo is the clearest change. If you bring your own lists, data pricing barely matters and the flat-fee email tools win.

Switching From lemlist

The goals: keep deliverability intact and never email the same person twice. Here is what lemlist's help center confirms, plus general advice.

Contacts. lemlist lets you export a campaign's leads as a CSV from the Leads list tab, either all of them, a filtered segment (for example, status Deliverable) or selected leads. The file includes first and last name, email, company, LinkedIn URL, phone number and your custom variables. lemlist notes that some exports leave out empty columns by default, so check the columns before you import elsewhere. Campaign results (per-step sent, opened and replied timestamps) are a separate export, done one campaign at a time, since exporting several campaigns at once is no longer available.

General advice: export every campaign, merge the files, and load contacts who replied, bounced or unsubscribed into the new tool's blocklist before importing anyone into a sequence.

Sequences. We did not find a sequence export in lemlist's help center, so plan to rebuild sequences by hand. Copy each step's text, delays and conditions into a document first. Check that your custom variable names match what the new tool expects. LinkedIn conditions such as "invite accepted" only carry over to tools with LinkedIn steps, which here means Reply.io or Woodpecker with its add-on.

Warmed-up mailboxes. Sender reputation belongs to your domains and mailboxes at Google or Microsoft, not to lemlist. You keep it when you connect the same mailboxes to a new tool. General advice:

  • Turn on the new tool's warmup as soon as you connect each mailbox, and let it run for a week or two before full volume.
  • Do not send from the same mailbox through two tools at once. Each tool counts only its own sends against your daily limit, so together they can push a mailbox past safe levels.
  • Ramp volume back up gradually.
  • If you bought domains or mailboxes inside lemlist, ask lemlist how ownership and transfer work before you cancel. We did not find this covered on the pages we checked.

Timing and credits. Let active lemlist sequences finish, or pause them on a set date and start the new ones the next day. lemlist says unused enrichment credits roll over while you are subscribed, so use them before you cancel.

How to Choose

Start with the reason you are leaving:

  • "Multichannel seats cost too much." If only one or two people use LinkedIn, move email to a flat-fee or prospect-based tool and add LinkedIn per account: Woodpecker ($29 per LinkedIn account) or Reply.io Email Volume ($69 per account). If everyone uses LinkedIn, Reply.io Multichannel saves $10 per user on monthly billing and nothing on yearly.
  • "I pay for 50,000 emails and send 2,000." Smartlead Base ($39), Instantly Growth ($47) or Woodpecker ($35 for 500 prospects).
  • "LinkedIn depends on someone's browser." Look at how each tool connects. Woodpecker uses a login rather than an extension. Ask Reply.io during the trial.
  • "I need more data without buying credits." Apollo.io. Check that Basic's 1 mailbox per user is enough, or budget for Professional.
  • "I run cold email for clients." Smartlead, for workspaces, whitelabel and dedicated IPs.
  • "I want something simpler, with a phone dialer." Mailshake Sales Engagement.

Then trial with your own list and mailboxes. Check that the sending settings match what you used in lemlist, that CRM sync is on the plan you will buy (Smartlead Base and Woodpecker without the add-on have none), and what the bill looks like at your volume six months from now.

Conclusion

lemlist is still a strong choice when you want email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence, and its Email plan is good value for a team that only emails.

Reply.io is the closest replacement if you want to keep multichannel sequences. Instantly and Smartlead are better value for email-only senders who want many mailboxes. Apollo.io makes sense when data is the main cost. Woodpecker is the budget pick for small senders and adds LinkedIn per account. Mailshake suits small teams that email and call. Run your own numbers through the cost tables above before you commit to a yearly plan.
