Conversation intelligence software records your sales calls and video meetings, transcribes them, and turns what was said into something a sales team can act on: coaching feedback, deal risk, CRM updates and, at the top end, a forecast. The category now runs from free AI notetakers to enterprise revenue platforms, and the products at each end are very different things even when their homepages sound alike.
This page compares six tools using each vendor's own pricing pages, product pages and help docs as of October 2026:
- Revenue platforms with forecasting: Gong and Chorus by ZoomInfo
- Published-price revenue intelligence: Avoma
- AI notetakers with sales features: Fireflies.ai, Fathom and Otter.ai
Two facts shape this market right now. First, the two best-known sales platforms, Gong and Chorus, do not publish prices. You will go through a sales process and get a custom quote. Second, Chorus is no longer an independent company. ZoomInfo bought Chorus.ai in 2021, and it is sold today as Chorus by ZoomInfo (ZoomInfo's page title calls it "ZoomInfo Chorus AI"). You can still request a demo for it at zoominfo.com/products/chorus, but it does not appear inside any of the ZoomInfo plans on ZoomInfo's pricing page, and no price is shown.
What matters most when buying conversation intelligence for a sales team:
- Where it can record. Every tool here handles Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams in some way. Phone calls are where they split: some connect to dialers like Aircall and RingCentral, others only record video meetings.
- CRM sync. Notes pushed into Salesforce or HubSpot are common. Writing to specific CRM fields, two-way sync and per-user caps vary a lot.
- Deal intelligence and forecasting. Only Gong, Chorus and Avoma (with an add-on) offer deal boards, deal risk alerts and roll-up forecasting.
- Coaching. Talk ratios and keyword trackers are table stakes. Scorecards, AI call scoring and methodology tracking (MEDDICC, SPICED) are not.
- Languages and limits. Transcription languages range from 6 to 100+. Minute caps, meeting length caps and storage limits sit on the cheaper plans.
- Price per seat, monthly vs annual. Annual billing is 20% to 50% cheaper on the tools that publish prices, and some plans are annual only.
Comparison Table
| Tool | Starting price | Free plan or trial | Best for | Standout feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gong | Quote only (per-user licenses plus platform fee) | No free plan; demo and proposal | Mid-size and enterprise sales teams | Deal boards and AI-guided forecasting |
| Chorus by ZoomInfo | Quote only | No free plan; demo | Teams already on ZoomInfo | Call insights joined to ZoomInfo data |
| Avoma | $19/recorder seat/mo billed annually ($29 monthly) | 14-day trial, no card | SMB and mid-market revenue teams | Forecasting add-on at a published price |
| Fireflies.ai | $10/seat/mo billed annually ($18 monthly) | Free plan | Low-cost notes for every meeting | 100+ languages and dialer integrations |
| Fathom | $15/user/mo billed annually (Team, 2-user min) | Free plan; trial on paid plans | Small sales teams starting free | Unlimited storage on every plan |
| Otter.ai | $8.33/user/mo billed annually ($16.99 monthly) | Free plan (300 min/month) | Individuals who need transcripts | Live transcription and mobile recording |
Gong
Gong describes itself as a "Revenue AI OS". Conversation intelligence is the core: it captures calls, meetings and emails, transcribes them and analyzes them for topics, objections, competitor mentions and buying signals. Around that core Gong sells a wider set of named products: Gong Forecast, Gong Engage (sales engagement), Gong Enable (coaching and an AI Trainer) and Gong Agents such as AI Tasker and AI Deal Predictor.
What it does well for sales conversation intelligence
Gong is the most complete sales tool on this list. Recording is broad: the help center lists Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and GoToMeeting, using a Gong bot that joins the meeting. Native recording without a bot is available for Zoom. The Gong Collective marketplace has a Telephony and Dialer category for phone systems, and lists Salesforce, HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Dynamics integrations among its 462 listings. Gong says its partner ecosystem includes more than 250 technology and services partners.
On the deal side, Forecast Essentials includes deal boards, account boards, an AI Deal Reviewer and win/loss insights. Gong Forecast adds forecast submission and roll-up, Forecast Analytics, the AI Deal Predictor and the AI Revenue Predictor. Gong says it uses 300+ signals to predict deal outcomes (vendor claim).
Key features
- Capture of calls, video meetings and email in one timeline
- Deal and account boards with AI deal risk warnings
- Roll-up forecasting with AI Deal Predictor and AI Revenue Predictor
- 70+ transcription languages, plus AI translation of call content
- Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Pricing
Gong does not publish prices. Its pricing page says licenses are priced per user, that there is a platform fee based on the number of users supported, and that integrating your existing tech stack is free. You fill in a form with your team size (the bands are 1-50, 51-1,000, 1,001-9,999 and 10,000+) and Gong prepares a customized proposal. There is no free plan and no self-serve trial listed, and the page does not state minimum seats or contract length. Ask for both in writing during the sales process, along with which of Forecast, Engage and Enable your quote includes.
Languages and limits
Gong's help center lists more than 70 supported languages for calls and transcripts. Some features only work on English calls: email labels, red flag alerts, Gong-recommended to-dos and example-based smart trackers. Storage limits are not published.
Pros
- The deepest deal inspection and forecasting features here
- Broad recording coverage across meeting tools, with a dialer category
- 70+ transcription languages
- Large integration marketplace, including Microsoft Dynamics
Cons
- No public prices, no trial, and a platform fee on top of seats
- Several AI features are English-only
- Separate product names make it harder to know what a quote covers
- More platform than a five-person team needs
Who it is for
Mid-size and enterprise B2B sales organizations with managers who coach from calls and a RevOps team that runs a forecast every week. If you want one system for recording, deal reviews and the forecast call, Gong is the reference product.
Who should skip it
Small teams, teams that only need meeting notes, and anyone who wants to buy with a credit card today. The tools further down this page publish prices and start free or with a trial.
Chorus by ZoomInfo
Chorus was one of the first sales call recording platforms. ZoomInfo acquired Chorus.ai in 2021, and the product is now sold as Chorus by ZoomInfo. It still has its own product page at zoominfo.com/products/chorus, with a Request Demo button.
What it does well for sales conversation intelligence
ZoomInfo describes Chorus as capturing and analyzing all customer calls, meetings and emails. The product page groups its features into four areas: sales call analysis and transcription, onboarding and team performance (identifying winning behaviors and methodology adherence), deal intelligence and relationship management ("Forecast with confidence", deal momentum and churn risk), and market intelligence (win/loss reasons, competitor trends and voice of the customer).
The main reason to pick Chorus over the others is the link to ZoomInfo data. ZoomInfo says Chorus automatically captures and syncs contacts and communications to your CRM and shows the full relationship history for each contact or company, using ZoomInfo's contact and company intelligence.
Key features
- Recording and transcription of calls and meetings, plus email capture
- Coaching tools such as talk time, filler words and tagging
- Deal intelligence with CRM sync of contacts and communications
- Market intelligence for win/loss and competitor tracking
- iOS and Android apps
Pricing
ZoomInfo does not publish a price for Chorus. On ZoomInfo's pricing page, Chorus appears as a separate conversation intelligence product, but it is not in the feature lists of the ZoomInfo Professional, Copilot Advanced, Copilot Enterprise or marketing plans. ZoomInfo's FAQ says add-on solutions can change pricing and packaging. In practice that means a quote through ZoomInfo sales, and no trial is listed for Chorus.
What we could not confirm
ZoomInfo's current Chorus pages name Zoom (in a customer testimonial) but do not list the other meeting platforms, dialers or CRMs by name, and we found no current ZoomInfo page with its transcription languages. Ask ZoomInfo for the supported platforms and languages before you sign.
Pros
- Call insights joined to ZoomInfo contact and company data
- Coaching, deal and market intelligence in one product
- Mobile apps for reviewing calls
- A long history in sales call recording
Cons
- No public prices and no trial
- ZoomInfo's site gives little current detail on platforms, CRMs and languages
- Chorus now sits inside a much larger ZoomInfo platform with its own AI products (Copilot)
- The value case is weaker if you do not already buy ZoomInfo
Who it is for
Sales teams that already license ZoomInfo and want call recording and coaching from the same vendor, ideally negotiated into the same contract.
Who should skip it
Teams without a ZoomInfo relationship, and anyone who needs to check platform and language support on a public page before talking to sales.
Avoma
Avoma is an AI meeting assistant with a revenue intelligence layer on top. It is the closest thing on this list to Gong-style deal and forecast features with published prices.
What it does well for sales conversation intelligence
Avoma records Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, GoToMeeting and more, with both bot-based and bot-free native recording. It also has native dialer integrations: the pricing page names RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Aircall and Kixie, and the integrations page adds Dialpad, Groove, Outreach, Koncert and Salesloft. Notes save automatically to CRM records (account, opportunity, contact) in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Copper.
The sales features come as add-ons. The Conversation Intelligence add-on adds AI call scoring, custom scorecards (including SPICED, Sandler and MEDDICC), coaching recommendations, smart trackers and Ask Avoma across all conversations. The Revenue Intelligence add-on adds a dealboard for pipeline review, two-way CRM field updates, AI deal risk alerts, a sales methodology tracker, roll-up forecasting, pipeline reports and AI win-loss analysis.
Key features
- Bot-based or bot-free recording across major meeting tools
- Native dialer integrations, including Aircall, RingCentral and Zoom Phone
- Automatic CRM note sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Copper
- Revenue Intelligence add-on with deal risk alerts and forecasting
- Transcription and translation in 70+ languages, with free viewer seats
Pricing
You pay only for "recorder" seats. Viewers and collaborators are free.
- Startup: $19 per recorder seat per month billed annually, or $29 billed monthly. Up to 25 paid seats.
- Organization: $29 billed annually, or $39 monthly. Up to 100 paid seats. Adds custom AI templates, limited conversation intelligence, translation, API and webhooks.
- Enterprise: $39 per seat per month, billed annually only, minimum 10 seats. Adds SSO, retention policies and HIPAA.
- Add-ons: Conversation Intelligence and Revenue Intelligence are $29 per seat per month billed annually or $35 monthly each. Lead Router is $19 or $25.
The trial is 14 days on the Organization plan with all add-ons enabled and no credit card. After the trial the account becomes viewer-only. There is no free plan. Add-ons follow the base plan's billing cycle, all recording users must be on the same plan, and Avoma says it typically does not give refunds for mid-term cancellations or unused licenses. Optional onboarding with an Avoma expert costs $1,000 one time.
Limits
Recording storage duration and transcription minutes are unlimited on all plans. File uploads are capped at 5, 10 or 20 per user per month depending on the plan.
Pros
- Published prices for notes, coaching and forecasting
- Free viewer seats for managers and other teams
- Broad CRM and dialer coverage
- Unlimited storage and transcription
Cons
- Coaching and forecasting cost extra on top of the base seat
- No free plan
- Seat caps on Startup (25) and Organization (100)
- Monthly billing costs about 50% more on Startup ($29 vs $19)
Who it is for
SMB and mid-market sales teams that want call scoring, deal risk and forecasting but would rather buy from a public price list than run an enterprise procurement process.
Who should skip it
Teams that only want meeting notes (Fathom or Fireflies cost less), and large enterprises that already run a dedicated forecasting tool.
Fireflies.ai
Fireflies.ai is an AI notetaker that joins meetings, transcribes them and writes summaries. Its Business plan adds a conversation intelligence layer that is useful for sales managers, at a low per-seat price.
What it does well for sales conversation intelligence
Fireflies covers the most recording sources of the notetakers here. The integrations page lists Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, Dialpad and Lifesize for meetings, and Aircall, OpenPhone, Zoom Phone and RingCentral for phone calls. A Chrome extension can record Google Meet without a bot. CRM integrations listed include Salesforce, HubSpot, folk, Odoo, Intercom and monday CRM.
The Business plan includes conversation intelligence: talk-to-listen ratio, sentiment, topic trackers for competitors, objections and pricing, questions asked, longest monologues and filler words, plus team analytics for admins. Fireflies does not show deal boards or forecasting.
Key features
- Bot recording for major meeting tools, bot-free Meet capture via Chrome extension
- Dialer integrations: Aircall, OpenPhone, Zoom Phone, RingCentral
- Transcription in 100+ languages, with multi-language mode on Business
- Conversation intelligence and team analytics on Business
- AskFred AI assistant, desktop and mobile apps, API access
Pricing
- Free: $0. Unlimited transcription, limited AI summaries, 400 minutes of storage per team and 20 AI credits.
- Pro: $10 per seat per month billed annually, or $18 monthly. Unlimited AI summaries, 8,000 minutes of storage per seat, video recording and downloads.
- Business: $19 per seat per month billed annually, or $29 monthly. Unlimited storage, conversation intelligence, team analytics and 30 AI credits.
- Enterprise: $39 per seat per month, annual only. SSO, SCIM, HIPAA, private storage, custom retention and 50 AI credits.
Fireflies says annual billing saves up to 44%. AI features use AI credits, and uploads of external media are rate limited to 3,000 minutes per source per user per month, with overage at $0.01 per minute (live bot meetings are exempt).
Pros
- A real free plan
- Low annual price for conversation intelligence ($19 on Business)
- 100+ transcription languages
- Works with meetings and several dialers
Cons
- No deal boards or forecasting
- Conversation intelligence needs the Business plan
- Storage caps on Free and Pro
- AI features are metered by credits
Who it is for
Teams that want every meeting recorded and summarized at a low cost, with basic call analytics for a sales manager.
Who should skip it
Teams that need deal inspection, forecasting or formal scorecards. Look at Avoma or Gong instead.
Fathom
Fathom is an AI notetaker known for its free plan. Its site now lives at fathom.ai (it used to be fathom.video). The Business plan adds sales features: CRM field sync, a Deal View, coaching metrics and AI scorecards.
What it does well for sales conversation intelligence
Fathom records live meetings on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, either with a bot or with bot-free capture (in beta on Mac). The help center says it only records live meetings on those three platforms, and it does not support Zoom for Government or Teams for Government. No dialer integrations are listed, so phone calls outside those platforms are not covered.
For sales, the Business plan writes Fathom's meeting insights into specific CRM fields in Salesforce or HubSpot, adds Deal View (a shared page with all meetings and key moments for a deal), Customer View, coaching metrics and AI scorecards. Trackers flag moments like competitor mentions and objections across future calls. Basic CRM syncs of summaries and notes are shown on lower tiers with a "Max 3 users/domain" limit.
Key features
- Unlimited recordings, transcription and storage on every plan
- Bot or bot-free capture for Zoom, Meet and Teams
- Salesforce and HubSpot sync, with CRM field sync on Business
- Deal View, trackers, coaching metrics and AI scorecards
- Transcripts in 38 languages
Pricing
- Free: $0. Unlimited recordings and transcription, instant summaries, limited advanced summaries and limited Ask Fathom.
- Premium (individuals): $16 per user per month billed annually, or $20 monthly.
- Team: $15 per user per month billed annually, or $19 monthly, 2-user minimum.
- Business: $25 per user per month billed annually, or $34 monthly, 2-user minimum.
- Enterprise: through sales. Adds SSO, SCIM, custom data retention and a HIPAA BAA.
Paid plans offer a free trial and a 90-day guarantee. Fathom also offers up to two years of Team free for startups from select VCs and accelerators, and 10 free seats for nonprofits.
Pros
- The most generous free plan here, with unlimited storage
- Low and clear team prices, monthly and annual
- Deal View and AI scorecards at $25 per user billed annually
- Bot-free capture option
Cons
- Only Zoom, Meet and Teams; no dialers
- No forecasting
- 2-user minimum on team plans
- 38 languages, fewer than Gong, Avoma or Fireflies
Who it is for
Small sales and customer success teams that want free or cheap recording with CRM updates and a light layer of deal context and coaching.
Who should skip it
Phone-heavy sales teams, and teams that need roll-up forecasting.
Otter.ai
Otter.ai is a transcription and meeting notes tool that has been around longer than most of this category. It joins Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, transcribes live, and records in person from its mobile apps. Its sales features, including the Otter Sales Notetaker, are mostly in the Enterprise plan.
What it does well for sales conversation intelligence
For a sales rep, Otter's strength is cheap, fast transcription with AI summaries and AI Chat across meetings. Salesforce and HubSpot note sync is available, but capped: 1 user on Pro, 5 users on Business and unlimited on Enterprise. Enterprise adds the Otter Sales Notetaker, custom CRM and dialer integrations, centralized customer calls, AI Chat with Salesforce, and Assist (call objectives and live coaching). There are no deal boards or forecasts on the pricing page.
Key features
- Joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet automatically
- Live transcription and mobile recording for in-person meetings
- Otter AI Chat within and across meetings
- Salesforce and HubSpot note sync (user caps below Enterprise)
- Transcription in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Chinese
Pricing
- Basic: free. 300 transcription minutes per user per month, 30 minutes per conversation, 3 lifetime file imports, and only the 25 most recent conversations.
- Enterprise: by demo. SSO and SCIM need a 100-user license.
Minutes do not roll over. At the time of writing, Otter's page also showed discounts for first-time subscribers on Pro and Business.
Pros
- The lowest paid price on this page
- A free plan
- Live transcription and in-person recording
- Unlimited meetings on Business
Cons
- Only six transcription languages
- CRM sync limited to 1 or 5 users below Enterprise
- Sales coaching and dialers only on Enterprise
- Minute and meeting-length caps on lower plans
Who it is for
Individual reps, founders and small teams that mostly need accurate transcripts and summaries at a low price.
Who should skip it
Sales teams that want coaching, deal intelligence or dialer recording without buying Enterprise.
Recording: Meetings, Phones and Bot-Free Capture
All six tools record Zoom. Beyond that:
| Tool | Meeting platforms named by the vendor | Phone and dialer recording | Bot-free option |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gong | Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting | Telephony and Dialer integration category | Native recording for Zoom |
| Chorus by ZoomInfo | Zoom (others not listed on current pages) | Not listed on current pages | Not stated |
| Avoma | Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, GoToMeeting and more | RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Aircall, Kixie, Dialpad and more | Yes |
| Fireflies.ai | Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, Lifesize | Aircall, OpenPhone, Zoom Phone, RingCentral | Chrome extension for Meet |
| Fathom | Zoom, Google Meet, Teams | None listed | Yes (beta, Mac) |
| Otter.ai | Zoom, Teams, Google Meet | Enterprise custom integrations only | Mobile and web recording |
If your reps live on the phone, the short list is Gong, Avoma and Fireflies. If everything happens on Zoom, Meet or Teams, every tool here will cover you.
CRM Sync
- Gong: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Dynamics integrations in the Gong Collective. Deal boards are built on CRM opportunity data.
- Chorus by ZoomInfo: ZoomInfo says Chorus automatically syncs contacts and communications to your CRM. Specific CRMs are not named on the current product page.
- Avoma: automatic note sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Copper on every plan. Two-way CRM field updates need the Revenue Intelligence add-on.
- Fireflies.ai: Salesforce, HubSpot and other CRMs listed on the integrations page.
- Fathom: Salesforce and HubSpot. CRM field sync is on Business and Enterprise; basic sync shows a 3-users-per-domain cap on lower tiers.
- Otter.ai: Salesforce and HubSpot note sync for 1 user on Pro, 5 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.
The difference that matters for RevOps is notes versus fields. Pushing a summary into an activity record is easy. Writing next steps, pain points or MEDDICC fields into the opportunity is what saves reps time and keeps the forecast honest, and that is only on Gong, Avoma (Revenue Intelligence), Fathom Business and up, and Chorus.
Deal Intelligence and Forecasting
Only three tools here go beyond call analytics into the pipeline:
- Gong has the fullest set: deal and account boards, AI Deal Reviewer and win/loss in Forecast Essentials, and forecast submission, roll-up, analytics and AI predictors in Gong Forecast.
- Avoma offers a dealboard, AI deal risk alerts, a methodology tracker, roll-up forecasting, pipeline reports and win-loss analysis in the Revenue Intelligence add-on, at $29 per seat per month billed annually.
- Chorus by ZoomInfo describes deal intelligence for deal momentum and churn risk ("Forecast with confidence"). ZoomInfo's page gives less detail than Gong or Avoma.
Fathom's Deal View is a useful shared page per deal, but it is not a forecast. Fireflies and Otter do not offer forecasting.
Pricing Per Seat: Worked Examples
Here is what a 10-seat sales team would pay per year at list price, using only the prices on each vendor's site. Gong and Chorus are quote only, so they are not included.
| Setup (10 seats) | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Otter.ai Business | 10 x $19.99 x 12 = $2,398.80 | 10 x $30 x 12 = $3,600 |
| Fireflies.ai Business | 10 x $19 x 12 = $2,280 | 10 x $29 x 12 = $3,480 |
| Fathom Business | 10 x $25 x 12 = $3,000 | 10 x $34 x 12 = $4,080 |
| Avoma Startup only | 10 x $19 x 12 = $2,280 | 10 x $29 x 12 = $3,480 |
| Avoma Startup + Conversation Intelligence + Revenue Intelligence | 10 x ($19 + $29 + $29) x 12 = $9,240 | 10 x ($29 + $35 + $35) x 12 = $11,880 |
Two notes on these numbers. Avoma's add-ons can be assigned to specific team members, so a team could buy Revenue Intelligence only for managers and RevOps, which lowers the total. And Avoma viewers are free, so managers who only watch calls do not need a recorder seat. Otter's Business monthly price was shown with a limited first-time discount at the time of writing; the table uses the $30 list price.
For Gong, budget for per-user licenses plus a platform fee that scales with the number of users, and ask for the contract length and any minimums up front.
Languages and Limits
| Tool | Transcription languages | Storage and minute limits |
|---|---|---|
| Gong | 70+ (some features English-only) | Not published |
| Chorus by ZoomInfo | Not confirmed on current ZoomInfo pages | Not published |
| Avoma | 70+ | Unlimited storage and transcription minutes |
| Fireflies.ai | 100+ | Free 400 min per team, Pro 8,000 min per seat, Business unlimited |
| Fathom | 38 | Unlimited on all plans |
| Otter.ai | 6 | Free 300 min, Pro 1,200 min per month; Business unlimited meetings |
International teams should check that their languages are in each vendor's list, and, for Gong, which AI features work outside English.
How to Choose
1. Decide if you need a forecast or just better calls
If your sales leaders want deal risk alerts and a roll-up forecast built from call data, the list is Gong, Avoma with Revenue Intelligence, or Chorus. If you want reps to stop taking notes and managers to review calls, a notetaker such as Fathom or Fireflies covers it for much less.
2. Map where your calls happen
Count how much of your selling happens on the phone. If it is a lot, pick a tool with dialer integrations (Gong, Avoma, Fireflies) and check your specific dialer by name.
3. Check CRM writes, not just CRM sync
Ask each vendor to show notes landing in your CRM and, if you need it, fields updating on the opportunity. Check user caps on lower plans (Otter and Fathom have them).
4. Price at your real seat count and billing cycle
Annual billing saves about 20% to 50% on the tools with public prices (Fathom Team is $15 annual vs $19 monthly; Otter Pro is $8.33 vs $16.99). Enterprise tiers at Fireflies and Avoma are annual only. For Avoma, add the add-ons you need. For Gong and Chorus, get the platform fee, seat price and contract term in writing.
5. Use the free plans and trials
Fathom, Fireflies and Otter have free plans, and Avoma has a 14-day trial with all add-ons and no card. Run real calls through two of them before talking to Gong or ZoomInfo, so you know which features you would pay extra for.
6. If you already pay for ZoomInfo
Ask your ZoomInfo account team about Chorus. Buying it alongside your data contract may change the economics, but compare the quote against Gong and against Avoma's published prices.
Conclusion
For sales conversation intelligence, Gong is the top pick: it records calls, meetings and email, has the deepest deal and forecasting features, supports 70+ languages and integrates with the main CRMs. The trade-off is a sales-led purchase with no public price. Avoma is the best choice if you want much of that, including deal risk and forecasting, from a public price list. Chorus by ZoomInfo makes the most sense for existing ZoomInfo customers. If you mainly need recording, notes and some coaching, Fathom and Fireflies.ai start free and stay cheap, and Otter.ai is the lowest-cost option for transcription.
